Notice of Practice Sale to Dr. Thaney

I am writing to share some significant and exciting news with you. After over 30 wonderful years in dentistry, I have decided to retire soon. And I have made sure to leave you and our community in the best hands possible.

I am thrilled to announce that I have hand selected Dr. Maxwell Thaney of Brockport Smiles to continue the tradition of exceptional dental care at our office. I chose Dr. Thaney not just for his exceptional skills as a dentist but also for his unwavering dedication to treating patients as if they’re family. I have every confidence that Dr. Thaney will continue the Thompson Dental Care legacy, transitioning it seamlessly into Holley Dental Care. He embodies the values that have been at the heart of our practice, ensuring you receive the best in dental care.

You will be pleased to know that while the ownership and name will change all of my dedicated staff will remain on board, ready to provide you and your family with the finest dental services.

Additionally, I wanted to clarify that I will still be practicing dentistry in the office, ensuring a smooth transition and continuing to serve our community.

You, all of my patients, have always been my priority. Which is why I couldn’t be happier to have Dr. Thaney step in to elevate the level of dentistry now available to you and your family. Alongside our restorative and cosmetic care, we've introduced a CEREC machine, paving the way for innovative services like same-day crowns, new smiles in one day, 3D dentistry and much more.

Reflecting on my career, I am filled with immense pride and gratitude. Caring for you and our Holley community has been one of the greatest joys of my life. Watching families grow, witnessing your milestones, and playing a role in your healthcare has been profoundly rewarding. Thank you for the many heartwarming years of trust.
